Shipping

We ship within the United States using tracked USPS shipping. Orders leave within one to two business days, Monday to Friday, and you will get a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Cost

The Tucked Duo Bundle ships free. A single Tucked Wallet Tracker Card is $4.99 for shipping.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Please check your address carefully at checkout. If an order goes out to the wrong address because of a typo, contact us as soon as you notice and we will do our best to help.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, or it has not moved for several days, contact us and we will sort it out with you.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return it, and returns are free.

How to return

Contact us with your order details and we will send you what you need to send it back. Please return the card in the condition you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund you.

Privacy

We only collect what we need to take and ship your order.

What we collect

Your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.

We also collect basic information about how you use this site, such as the pages you view and whether you complete a purchase, through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, handle returns and answer questions you send us. We also use site activity to understand how people find and use Tucked and to show our ads to people who may be interested, and to measure how well those ads work. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to complete your order, such as Stripe for payment and the carrier that delivers your package. Site activity data is shared with Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Pixel, which is subject to Meta's own privacy policy.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and the Meta Pixel to measure ads and show Tucked ads on Facebook and Instagram. You can limit this by turning off ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram settings, using your browser's cookie controls, or using tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out at optout.networkadvertising.org.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, unless we need to keep it for records such as taxes or an open order. Contact us to make a request.

By placing an order on this site you agree to the following.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock or a pricing mistake was made.

Compatibility

Tucked works with Apple Find My on iPhone and Android Find Hub. Location features depend on nearby phones and the network of the platform you choose, so performance can vary by area. Tucked is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple or Google.

Use of the product

Tucked is meant to help you find your own belongings. Please do not use it to track people or property that is not yours.

Liability

Tucked is a finding aid and we cannot guarantee that a lost item will be recovered. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
